I get asked where the name "Elvis Karate" came from.  It was actually from when I ran my first marathon.  I was told I needed a racing name.  I was going to use "Max Heartrate" but then I thought this is silly, about as silly as Elvis' black belt.  Then it hit me.   So not only is it my racing name but a sometimes stage name.
